At the top of the hill overlooking our estate stands a large pine tree that has long been known by the name we have chosen for this wine. It is a landmark and a distinctive presence that shapes the landscape’s identity.

Manual harvesting into 20 kg crates, between the first and second week of September.
Straw yellow with some greenish reflections.
Intense, fruity and floral with hints of ripe apple, pear and bread crust.
A lively yet enveloping taste, a balanced wine with good sapidity and effervescence that is not intrusive, but rather delicate.
Excellent with aperitifs, it pairs well with simple first courses, delicate risottos and sliced white meats.
