Manual harvesting in 20 kg crates, between the first and second week of September.
Intense straw yellow colour with golden reflections. Fine, delicate perlage, well distributed in the glass.
The nose reveals notes of yeast and white flowers, including lily of the valley and jasmine. Medium-ripe fruit such as peach, apricot and apple, with exotic and citrus notes on the finish.
Fresh, crisp and full of character. A wine with clear and consistent ‘fingerprints’.
Excellent with aperitifs and appetisers with strong flavours such as crostini with olives, sun-dried tomatoes, anchovies and cold cuts.
It is ideal with first courses such as aubergine parmigiana, fish soups, shellfish, salt cod and grilled fish, as well as accompanying your special moments.
